Allen was born and raised in Reading, Pennsylvania, and was born again at the age of fifteen. He is a devoted father to three daughters and a proud grandfather of two, always finding time to enjoy family moments. His love for sports, reading the Bible, and hosting family events showcases his passion for both faith and family. Allen is an active member of Living Word Ministries in Lebanon, PA, and serves his community as a CASA advocate for foster children in Berks County.

As the President and CEO of Preparing the Way Ministries, Allen has a profound desire to serve the Lord and teach others about God's love. His heart for ministry drives his mission to invite everyone to experience the promise of eternal life. With a strong commitment to his faith, Allen is dedicated to sharing the message of hope and salvation, leading others toward a relationship with Christ.

Sheri was born and raised in the Pine Grove area and knew at the age of eight that she was called to the mission field. She began her mission work in 2008 and has been dedicated to serving others ever since. Sheri raised two adult daughters and currently has a teenage daughter. She enjoys reading, working with teenagers, and writing, finding fulfillment in guiding and mentoring young people.

Sheri is also an advocate for foster children in Berks County, serving as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate). In addition to her mission work, Sheri is an active member of Living Word Ministries in Lebanon, PA, and has spent over a decade working in the field of education in various roles. Her passion for helping others, both locally and globally, continues to shape her life and ministry.

Rose was born and raised in the Pine Grove area and is the proud mother of three grown sons. She is a loving grandmother and great-grandmother to many, cherishing her family deeply. A dedicated member of Living Word Ministries in Lebanon, PA, Rose serves in the children's ministry, where her nurturing spirit and faith shine brightly. She also enjoys reading, cooking, and traveling and is known as a true prayer warrior with a heart for intercession.

Throughout her life, Rose has taken on numerous leadership roles, and her passion for ministry is evident in her interactions with others. She loves ministering to people, creating meaningful relationships, and sharing the truth of God's Word with those she counsels. Her wisdom and compassion have made her a trusted voice of spiritual guidance to many.
